This year Call Centre Expo will run from 16th-17th September in Hall 9 of the NEC in Birmingham. It’s a once in a year occasion to see what’s new, what’s changed, and network with others in the industry.

NewVoiceMedia Hosted Contact Centres will be appearing at this show in force. Our stand (D5) is twice the size of 2007 and sits just inside the main door. We'll be making a major announcement and product launch at the show, as well as showing product that add extra dimensions to our ContactWorld platform from our partners Aurix and the SWORD Group.


New Partnerships
NewVoiceMedia will be there with a large stand just inside the front door. We’ll be joined by our new partners, Sword Group (a Google Enterprise Partner) and Aurix (a speech analytics spin-off from Qinetiq).

New Services
We’ll be launching next generation ‘Customer Relationship Telephony’. According to Richard Pickering, Chief Architect NewVoiceMedia, it will be the most significant product to hit the contact centre market in over a decade.

We’ll show how ‘MediaPops’ – multi-tabbed screen-pops that are enhanced by search  technology - can save call centres a fortune by presenting the agent with information about the caller gleaned across the entire company and/or the web in general. 

New Products
We’ll also be showing our New Media IN Services, including a complete Hosted Contact Centre suite. New products include: ‘CTI-as-a-Service’ that enables anyone to implement CTI by just using an 08XX service; new home agent screens; and speech analytics from that optimise agent performance...
