For the financially-aware folks we'll be showing the Net Present Value of an investment in a Hosted solution versus a 'traditional' solution based on Company Premise Equipment. You'll be able to enter the value of hardware from your hardware vendor and we'll show you what saving we can make.
If we don't save you a fortune, we'll be amazed!
There are two operating modes:
- Basic: when you enter the values of costs that you know (based on number of agents and hardware costs etc.)
- Interactive: when we open up the full spreadsheet with an expert from NewVoiceMedia and show you how we reached our estimates in the Basic phase.
