Delivering Cloud Contact Centre Solutions

We developed our solution, ContactWorld, to provide contact centre technology as a true cloud service over the Internet, similar to the business models of Amazon, Google and salesforce.com. NewVoiceMedia clients benefit from enterprise class contact centre functionality, at a fraction of the cost of traditional systems.

We invest in a network which delivers calls via the existing telephone infrastructure - maintaining high line quality.  In addition, we use the internet to pass along previously collected information that relates the caller to your agent via a “screen-pop” to provide details on the caller. Our clients range from small businesses with only a few people taking calls through to large corporations multi-site contact centres and hundreds of agents.

There are no specific hardware requirements to implement ContactWorld:

  1. Calls are managed via a telephone and an internet-connected PC.
  2. All support, upgrades and maintenance are covered in the monthly subscription fee.
  3. Users can be added or removed easily with your business demands.
  4. ContactWorld costs from £30 per user per month.
