Guy Dubois

Chairman

Guy was appointed in February 2013 and brings more than 30 years’ leadership experience in the software industry to the Board. Currently a director at Guidewire Software, he previously served as CEO of MACH Group and Cramer and most recently, of banking software vendor TEMENOS.

Guy also held the position of executive vice president at PeopleSoft Corporation, where he led overall strategy and business development outside North America.


Jonathan Gale

Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan has over 20 years experience building technology businesses.  He joined NewVoiceMedia in October 2010 as Chief Commercial Officer to manage, sales, marketing and product.  He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2011.

Prior to joining NewVoiceMedia, Jonathan was SVP of Product at Mimecast and before that during his 8 years at MessageLabs (now part of Symantec) he was VP of EMEA,  Global VP of Sales and VP of Product Management.  Before that he spent 10 years in the CRM and contact centre industry.


Tim Perks

Chief Financial Officer

Tim joined NewVoiceMedia as CFO in Dec 2010.

He has a wealth of experience in CFO roles in the technology sector, taking Baltimore Technologies from a fledgling AIM Company to a FTSE 100 Company in 3 years, delivering a $200M trade sale at Staffware Plc (a BPM software company) and as CFO of Redstone Telecom plc, a network-based provider of ICT solutions and end-to-end managed services.


Mark Farmer

Non-Executive Director

Mark is a co-founder of Eden Ventures and is one of Eden’s Investment Managers. He primarily focuses on opportunities within the telecoms market.

Before joining Eden, Mark gained considerable management experience through co-founding several telecoms companies, most recently Cramer Systems, which emerged as the leading supplier of inventory systems to the telecoms industry – acquired by Amdocs in 2006 for $425 million.


Chris Tottman

Non-Executive Director

Chris is a partner at Notion Capital; he co-founded the firm in 2009 and sits on the boards of Brightpearl, NewVoiceMedia and Norland within Notion’s portfolio. Chris focuses on the Enterprise Productivity sector. Chris was previously at MessageLabs Group from 1999 as one of its first employees and held a number of executive level roles both within MessageLabs and Star, its sister company. Chris joined as Chief Commercial Officer where his responsibilities covered sales strategy for both Star and MessageLabs overseeing a period of fantastic growth for the group in terms of both revenues and employees. 


Fergus Gloster

Non-executive Director

As Managing Director of EMEA, Fergus Gloster is responsible for all revenue generation activities for Marketo in Europe, including sales, marketing, customer success, and renewals. Prior to Marketo, Fergus was a founding director of salesforce.com’s European operations and, over his nine-year tenure with the company, served as senior vice president of corporate sales in Europe.


Laurence Garrett

Non-executive Director

As a co-founder and General Partner of the Highland Europe Fund, Laurence primarily focuses on growth opportunities in the information technology sector for the European market. Prior to joining Highland Capital Partners in 2012 as a General Partner to launch their London Operations, Laurence was a Partner and founding member of Ethean Capital LLP.
