Jonathan has over 20 years experience building technology businesses. He joined NewVoiceMedia In October 2010 as Chief Commercial Officer to manage sales, marketing and product. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2011. Prior to joining NewVoiceMedia, Jonathan was SVP of Product at Mimecast and before that during his 8 years at MessageLabs (now part of Symantec) he was VP of EMEA, Global VP of Sales and VP of Product Management. Before that, he spent 10 years in the CRM and contact centre industry.

Tim joined NewVoiceMedia as CFO in Dec 2010. He has a wealth of experience in CFO roles in the technology sector, taking Baltimore Technologies from a fledgling AIM Company to a FTSE 100 company in 3 years, delivering a $200M trade sale at Staffware Plc (a BPM software company) and as CFO of Redstone Telecom plc, a network-based provider of ICT solutions and end-to-end managed services.
Paul Turner

Paul is responsible for global operations (network operations, professional services and client support). Prior to NewVoiceMedia, he held leadership positions in software and telecommunications businesses world-wide and has a strong track record of growing global businesses. He has a passion for customer service and an inspirational approach to leadership.
Ashley Unitt
Chief Technical Officer
Ashley has over 20 years experience in developing advanced messaging software. He co-founded NewVoiceMedia with Richard Pickering to exploit the obvious benefits of putting an enterprise-class contact centre in the cloud. Ashley runs the Development team, Test team and heads up NVM Labs with Brian Galvin, the Chief Science Officer.
Tim Pickard

Tim joined NewVoiceMedia in July 2011. He has over 20 years' experience as a leader in the IT industry. He served as VP and board member of RSA Security's international business for seven years where he ran marketing in EMEA, Asia Pacific and Japan. He spent two years as Chief Marketing Officer for SaaS/Cloud-based email management provider Mimecast.
Adrian Trickett
General Manager, North America
Adrian Trickett joined NewVoiceMedia in April 2011 to lead and develop the sales team, and is now focused on driving the company’s expansion in North America. He has spent in excess of a decade in senior sales roles in cloud and SaaS enterprises, including building global accounts at MessageLabs as the Enterprise Sales Director and Head of Enterprise Sales at SaaS/Cloud-based email management provider, Mimecast.
Matt Tuson
EVP Sales
Matt Tuson joined NewVoiceMedia in February 2013 to expand the global sales organisation, accelerating growth through new customer acquisition and maintaining successful and trusted partnerships with existing customers. Tuson joined from salesforce.com where he led Service Cloud’s sales distribution and go-to-market strategy across EMEA. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at RightNow Technologies (Oracle), a web, social and contact centre solution, where he served for ten years.
