A technology firm you can trust and talks your language

This is a guest post from Adrian SwinscoeAdrian Swinscoe, consultant and coach, blogger and author.

You’re a leader in a small and growing business.

That business has a number of people on the phone working and delivering great service to your customers and clients.

As part of your role you are always on the lookout for new technology that can help you grow and develop the service you deliver.

You know that there is a lot more you can do with phone and internet technology that’ll help you provide a better and more customised service.

But, you also want new technology to integrate into or add value to some of the other systems that you use.

However, you often find the range and choice of new technologies out there bewildering.

You also find that when you ask about the installation, integration and performance of the technology, like support and reliability etc., you get bamboozled with lots of technical gobbledygook and buzzwords.

That’s really frustrating and keeps you from thinking about and adopting new technology.

Your biggest challenge is that you don’t have the time or energy to go away, research and learn all about this new technology and its associated language.

And, you certainly don’t fancy the idea of having to go through a convoluted RFP and tendering process to put it in place.

However, you do know that finding someone or something that has done the work for you and makes a considered and impartial recommendation on who you should be talking to… would be very helpful and save you a lot of time and effort.

Or, even better, if you could just find that someone that understands you, your business and speaks your language then you are ready to talk to them.

But, that’s not always the case when you are a small and fast-growing firm, right?

So, wouldn’t it be great and refreshing if you could find an authoritative report from a trusted source, analyst or firm that has surveyed a whole bunch of firms that have the sort of technology that you’re looking for and that could add value to your business?

Not only that. What about if the report went on to name a vendor that is very open and transparent about what their technology can do and its capability? So much so that it allows you to automatically feel like you can trust them.

Sound ideal? Wish you could find a report like that and that points out a firm like that?

Well, now you can… In a new report from Gartner, one the world’s foremost technology analyst firms, called: Cloud Providers of Contact Center Services in Europe Offer New Options for IT Leaders. If you’re still with me then apologies for the title. Still with me? OK. Well, the report names NewVoiceMedia as one player that is leading the way in the phone cloud service technology space in being open and transparent about the way it does business and the performance of its technology.

What NewVoiceMedia has done which makes it stand out is develop a trust site, which gives a real-time view of how its system is doing and lays out its 99.999% Service Level Agreement (SLA).

What that means in real terms (in your terms that is), is that you can trust that its technology is going to be up and working for 99.999% of the time over the course of a year.

Again, in real terms, this would mean that if you were working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, that would represent downtime of around 5 minutes out of every year. Just about enough time to make a cup of tea!

Interested in providing a better and more personalised service to your clients and customers over the phone?

Want to talk to someone that is building its business on trust by being open and transparent?

Want to talk to someone that knows technology but doesn’t speak ‘technology’?

Talk to the guys and gals at NewVoiceMedia. I think you’ll like them.
