Network Engineer – 3 positions open
Responsibilities include :
To provide network systems administration and investigations on win2k3 server networks which present web and telephony services to our clients from our own web and cloud based applications.
Ideally candidates will have at least 2yrs of experience in a similar role. There are opportunities for several roles including more experienced candidates.
Responsibilities would include User/Domain/Server and application administration, also configuration and system investigation on networks, including servers, firewalls, switches, integration of network elements and MS IIS based web applications.
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Windows server administration, preferably win2003 and Active Directory, at a network scale, alongside practical network engineering, or design, experience.
- Some experience of supporting ASP.net based web applications on MS IIS, and any programming/scripting knowledge such as VBS, PHP would be useful, as would knowledge of SQL at admin or user level, preferably with MySQL DB’s.
- Experience of Telephony systems, especially any familiarity with ETSI, DPNSS, SIP systems would be beneficial as would be exposure to Carrier level telecoms interaction, e.g. Support functions, or call-centre practices and configurations.
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance security standards would be highly advantageous including implementation or maintenance of compliant networks or security components, e.g. Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems or event logging systems.
- Familiarity with, or a desire to work with, virtualisation, eg VMWare, and the concept of Cloud computing would be helpful.

Office Manager/PA
We are looking for an efficient Office Manager/PA to streamline the day-to-day running of a growing office of 40 employees, and provide administrative services to 5 directors.
Responsibilities include:
- Reception Duties – meeting room organization, visitor greeting, telephone calls,
- Deliveries – organizing and distribution of post & deliveries.
- Contract management – ranging from managing office refurbishment projects, cleaning, repairs, maintenance, phones & utilities.
- Office Layout management – organizing the layout of the building, organizing staff locations, planning for visitors/temp workers, office reorganizations/moves
- Office Administration – travel bookings, insurances & assisting with ad hoc admin tasks
- Office Functions – organizing events for the company including summer the Christmas party and other social events.
Security – issuing security cards & keys
Health and Safety – all health & safety policy development in conjunction with relevant internal individuals, fire warden policy, first aiders, referral to HR for staff issues. - PA – Diary management, arrange meetings and appointments, minuting meetings, typing correspondence, liaising with clients, developing presentations and providing administrative support to a high standard.

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s minimum of C grade including English & Maths
- Experience in Office and Facilities Management

- Highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Fully conversant in using MS Office including PowerPoint
- Previous working experience in a PA role desirable
