Professional Services Associate Consultant

The Professional Services Associate Consultant is an office based role providing service delivery for NewVoiceMedia customers and taking part in larger projects run by the Professional Services team. You will be working within our Professional Services department, assisting and “shadowing” experienced Professional Services Consultants in designing, configuring and training customers in our cloud (software) service.

Under supervision, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Software application support
  • Project management of implementations on client site and remote
  • Integration with clients existing Salesforce service
  • Training for new and existing users
  • Assisting with presentations and trade shows

  • 1-2 Years

IT Skills

  • Follow NVM Project Delivery Document
  • Create Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
  • Salesforce – Internal usage and customer usage
  • Confluence (creating and maintaining content)

Product Knowledge

  • ContactWorld Foundation
  • Telecoms infrastructure knowledge
  • Standard ContactWorld Connect
  • License and package knowledge
  • Understanding IP PBX Deployment process
  • IP PBX Usage
  • Call Centre Industry

Job Capabilities

  • Identifying and understanding Call Centre KPIs
  • Understanding Call Centre structure
  • Ability to solve/close Cases
  • Project Delivery
  • Provide agent training on-site and remote
  • Project tracking and time management
  • Excellent Written and Spoken skills
  • Ability to complete complex tasks with high level of attention to detail

Experience and Qualifications

  • Prince 2 Foundation
  • Presentation skills
  • Internal network and infrastructure knowledge
  • Spend a day assisting the Support Desk
