Continuous Operational Testing

NewVoiceMedia continually tests the performance of its operations and provides the results publicly on this page. Tests are initiated every 7-8 seconds and are continuously run 24 x 7. This page is updated approximately every 20-30 minutes. Results are graded against strict performance criteria established in conjunction with customer feedback.
 
Current status of each service is provided below, together with a summary of performance over the past 30 days.

 

Current Status

Between 05:40 and 12:05 we experienced a critical issue regarding inbound calls failing to establish. This incident was immediately raised with our inbound Telco provider who confirmed a hardware failure was causing the outage on their ICM platform. This incident had impact on many non NVM services including the police 101 services. Our incident management team are currently liaising with the Telco provider to ensure a full root cause investigation is carried out.
