This tests an Agent logging into ContactWorld for Salesforce and changing their availability from "Ready", to "Away", and then back to "Ready" again.
We browse to the ContactWorld for Salesforce login page, check that the content of the page has loaded correctly, and login.
Once logged in we check that all the agents' details have been retrieved successfully including the Agent ID and telephone number.
We check the agent can change their availability by changing from "Ready" to "Away" and then back to "Ready" again.
