NewVoiceMedia achieves market first with ISO27001 certification

NewVoiceMedia has today announced it is the first cloud-based contact centre provider to be awarded the ISO27001 certification for information security across its entire portfolio of services as well as the company’s internal processes.
With Arctic conditions once more covering much of the United Kingdom, Jonathan Gale re-iterates the need for contact centres, help and service desks to examine how the cloud can enable continued customer service.
