NVM has modelled the financial benefit to be derived by a traditional telco channel partner, providing a hosted call centre as well as the associated non-geographic access numbers and internet connectivity.  Bearing in mind that the NVM solution mean that the partner makes no capital investment, this model shows a net present value of offering the service over a five year period of US$25m.  Furthermore the project shows a profit and net cash inflow even in Year One.

Partnering models
We offer a flexible approach to partnering: one that starts with simple referrer models where the partner finds a lead and NewVoiceMedia does the rest; to models where the partner embeds our solutions into their products and goes to market with them branded in their own corporate style. Financial incentives vary between a flat finder’s fee to revenue sharing commercial models, but our preference is a tight long-term relationship.

 

Partner support
NewVoiceMedia has established training programs for partner sales and support staff – we’ll teach you how go market: identify ‘low hanging fruit’, how to approach a given market, how to position against alternative solutions, how to win. We produce the marketing collateral for chosen vertical markets to reinforce the messages and help you to sell more effectively
