ContactWorld has a comprehensive reporting package that allows you to get the information you need, in the format you want, in order to optimise your operations.

You have the ability to drill down into your statistics in more detail than ever before. Reports are easier to view, save and print into multiple formats, performance has been considerably enhanced and results are returned quicker than ever.

ContactWorld features a number of new enhancements:

• Results can now be shown graphically, with a choice of 2D and 3D bar graphs, line graphs and pie charts.
• Customers can assign different levels of access to managers or individuals within the organisation, to view or create different levels of reports.
• Customers can design their own reports to their own criteria, adding and deleting new columns as appropriate, and re-naming columns headings to reflect the language used in their organisation.
• Reports can be viewed on screen, through the internet, at any time anywhere in the world, or set to run automatically overnight, and can be delivered as Excel files directly to your inbox - daily, weekly or monthly.
