NewVoiceMedia Management Team

Jonathan Grant
Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan has a track record of developing young entrepreneurial companies.

Jonathan worked as an Investment Banker for Kidder, Peabody Inc., and Chase Manhattan Bank from 1985 to 1993. On leaving the City in 1993, he bought his first business, Pirtek, a successful franchise operation which he sold in 2001.

In 1999 he bought into Online Marketing, which became Premier Business Audio Limited, quickly growing it to become the Europe’s leading provider of Call Handling and Business Audio Solutions. In 2005, Jonathan recognised the synergies between Premier Business Audio and the then embryonic NewVoiceMedia, and bought into the company. In December 2007 Premier Business Audio was sold to two former NewVoiceMedia directors; this enabled NewVoiceMedia to focus on its core Hosted Contact Centre market. Since then, the NewVoiceMedia Contact Centre revenues have doubled…

Ashley Unitt
Chief Technical Officer

Ashley Unitt has over 20 years’ experience in developing telecommunications software. Ten years on, Ashley now heads up the development team for the company’s cloud-based telephony platform, ContactWorld, which enables both small and large businesses to use call centre technology on a subscription-based model.

Prior to NewVoiceMedia, Ashley spent ten years at Teamphone.com Ltd. During this time, he led the development of innovative CTI software solutions including voice mail systems, hot-desking products and an open source gatekeeper.

Ashley currently sits on the customer advisory board for BT and Amazon EC2, advising the companies on ways in which they can develop their cloud offering to enhance the customer service experience.

Ashley has first class honours degree in software engineering from Imperial College, London. When he isn’t at work, Ashley has two young children that keep him occupied.
