Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Customer Order Specialist is responsible for creating and processing orders for our existing global customers. This role will require the ability to review current contracts and ensure that additional orders are placed under the terms of pre-existing contracts. This role also requires the creation of renewal orders, working closely with the sales team to ensure that terms and commercials are aligned with concluded negotiations.


  • Detailed review of existing customer contract subscriptions
  • Generate customer facing paperwork using Salesforce and the integrated Steelbrick CPQ tool
  • Managing the process of issuing paperwork for signature via Adobe Sign and
  • Confirmation of receipt of signature from the customer
  • Completion of order pack for Billing
  • Updating and maintaining contract subscriptions


  • Degree/Graduate
  • Passionate about IT and Sales
  • Salesforce Reporting Skills
  • MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Self-motivated and driven
