Responsibilities:

  • Creating high-impact, segmented campaigns from start to end for customer and digital marketing
  • Setting up paid media campaigns, track and measure results fine tuning across both customer and new business marketing
  • Setting up and managing retargeting campaigns for a targeted demographic from our website visitors
  • Building out targeted multi-touch email marketing campaigns based on personas
  • Analyse the results to optimize and understand the customer journey and improve conversion rates of both new and fully invested customers
  • Briefing and developing of content for customer and digital campaigns and working with other content creators within the marketing team
  • Write engaging copy to deliver an increase in conversions and generate leads and MQLS
  • Drive the upsell and cross-sell pipeline via marketing campaigns to deliver customer MQLs 
  • Develop and promote customer webinar programs including new product launches and expansion of current suite of products
  • Manage and deliver customer events including workshops, user forums and hospitality events
  • Work with the community team to drive community events and campaigns in our customer hub
  • Work closely with corporate marketing to produce customer case studies (written and video) and testimonials

Required Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Creative marketer who can define and deliver campaigns, events and programs that capture the attention and demand of our target audience
  • Working experience of setting up campaigns in Google Adwords, Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels
  • Ability to write engaging content for defined personas at different stages of the funnel
  • Email marketing from creation to optimisation 
  • Can manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
  • Able to travel in Europe and potentially North America if needed

Desired Experience:

  • Relevant work experience in digital marketing within the software industry
  • Customer marketing experience is an advantage but would consider candidates looking to learn and broaden their digital horizon
  • Running marketing webinars and events
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, BTech, CIM in business or marketing or relevant work experience
  • Experience working in Salesforce CRM and Marketo and advantage
  • Experience in Contact Centre industry is a nice to have but not necessary
