The Regional Vice President will drive bookings and revenue growth as well as the growth of the Sales team within the territory. This individual must be a strategic thinker with exceptional strategic, commercial, and cross-functional skills, demonstrate high energy, and have strong sales management experience.



  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client/prospect meetings. Engaging other company resources as required.
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process.
  • Ability to build and execute against an annual territory plan to drive balanced results across the region and the sales team supporting the region.
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure.
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results.

Motivational leader that is capable of leading a high performing sales team.
Able to bring personal experience from an individual sales role to the forefront to coach members of the team on how to be successful.
Able to think horizontally while collaborating with other leaders across the business to drive results for their region.

  • Ability to recruit, lead, and motivate high-performing Account Executives to achieve desired bookings and revenue goals of the region.
  • Ability to build and maintain a long-term plan to drive a predictable business while growing the region both in revenue and new logos over time.
  • Ability to influence extended enterprise (partners, prospects, customers) to ensure NewVoiceMedia is a trusted-advisor in your region.
  • Ability to influence executives at customers and partners to drive the success of your region.
  • Ability to garner feedback from employees, customers and prospects while feeding back requirements to product and marketing teams to improve our business.
  • Ability to grow and enable future leaders including a successor.
  • Ability to recruit new talent into the NewVoiceMedia business.
  • Strong computer skills, including: CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • BA/BS degree. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of individual contributor, quota carrying software sales experience. 
  • 3+ years sales management experience. 
  • BA/BS degree. MBA preferred
