As one of NVM's frontline teams, Sales Deveopment Representatives (SDR's) are of strategic importance to our business. From the first interaction anyone has with us, we need to ensure that our brand permeates through. Successful SDR's are very driven, love talking to people and have a strong desire to be a part of a team. They are humble enough to learn, but confident that any obstacle can be overcome. At NVM, they are helpful, and passionate about achieving success.

SDR's are primarily responsible for generating pipeline opportunities for their assigned Account Executive (AE). Working closely with the AE to develop and execute a territory plan, they focus on accounts in our high return markets, that can become long term partners with NVM.

By entering the business at this stage, SDR's are positioning themselves for opportunities to progress throughout NVM. You will learn how businesses work, how NVM sell to and serve our customers, where you want to take your career and what is expected from you to get there.  SDR's are master of their own success. They are held accountable to their objectives and are empowered to achieve what ever they want to. Results are measured in the way they execute on the plans made, objectives set and opportunities ahead of them.


  • To communicate with inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • To outbound prospect within your territory to find, nurture and develop sales opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Alliances and your team to build go to market plans, and execute them effectively
  • Drive attendance, and follow up on industry events
  • Be a NVM ambassador and use tools like LinkedIn, Twitter and others to build the NVM brand
