Dennis was appointed CEO in 2018 following a 12 month tenure as President & Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 25 years’ experience in international leadership, strategy and sales and marketing in the technology and financial services markets. Dennis previously held the role of CEO at Rant & Rave and has held senior leadership positions at eGain, Barclays, Solera and ADP.
Chief Financial Officer
Guy joined in 2014 to shape the organisational framework and deliver initiatives to support NewVoiceMedia’s high growth and operational efficiency, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2015. He previously held a number of senior executive positions at Syniverse Technologies and MACH, spanning finance, corporate development and strategy. Prior to that, Guy spent 12 years within the investment industry serving at both Goldman Sachs and Warburg Pincus where he specialised in the technology, media and telco sectors.
Ashley has over 20 years’ experience in developing advanced messaging software. He founded NewVoiceMedia to exploit the obvious benefits of putting an enterprise-class contact center in the cloud. Ashley leads the architecture and research teams, and heads up NVM Labs.
Chief Product Officer
Based in San Francisco, Moni leads NewVoiceMedia’s product strategy, product marketing and management functions. He joined in 2016, bringing over 20 years’ industry experience to the business, previously serving at Five9 where he held the role of Chief Technology Officer.
Chief Technology Officer
Artur has global responsibility for NewVoiceMedia’s technology strategy, development and operations. He joined in 2016, bringing over 20 years’ industry experience to the business, previously serving at Syniverse where he most recently held the role of Senior Vice President ESG Technology, responsible for global development and operations of its enterprise business unit.
Chief Marketing Officer
Based in San Francisco, John leads NewVoiceMedia’s global marketing and product marketing organisations, strengthening its brand momentum as provider of leading cloud solutions for sales and service teams. John has been passionate about growing B2B software and SaaS companies for over 20 years, having led marketing for large multinational firms including LinkedIn, Parallels and Microsoft. Most recently, he served as CMO at Tradeshift and then at Remix. He has lived and worked in France, China and Singapore as well as the US.
SVP Finance & HR Administration
Fiona joined in 2016, bringing over 20 years’ experience to the business, previously serving as CFO at Encore Tickets. Prior to that, Fiona was VP Finance & Treasury at MACH, a global managed service provider to the mobile communications industry, and a director within PWC’s tax and structuring group. Fiona’s responsibilities span NewVoiceMedia’s finance and people organisation, including accounting, tax, HR and facilities.
SVP Sales Development and Operations
Mark joined in 2015 to lead sales development and operations to support growth efficiencies across the rapidly expanding global business. Prior to NewVoiceMedia, Mark served at Syniverse Technologies and MACH, where he held various senior sales and business operations positions
SVP Sales Engineering
Darren joined in 2015 to lead NewVoiceMedia's sales engineering team and assist with new business and customer account management to support both high growth and operational efficiency across the organization's expanding global footprint. With over 20 years' industry experience, Darren joined from Salesforce®, where he held various senior executive positions spanning sales engineering and platform architecture. Prior to that, he served at both Microsoft and Oracle.
SVP Customer Success
Chris was appointed SVP Customer Success in 2017 and has global responsibility for NewVoiceMedia’s customer success and professional services functions. He has 20 years’ engineering experience, including more than five years at NewVoiceMedia, joining to establish the company’s global functions for sales engineering, professional services and, most recently, customer success managers. Prior to that, he served as head of E2E engineering at Barclays and services director at Datapoint.
Robert joined in 2017 with over 20 years’ experience, having previously led alliances, customer success and professional services teams at Salesforce in EMEA. Most recently at Marketo, he was part of the initial management team which grew the business to become a publicly traded company. At NewVoiceMedia, Robert is responsible for global partnerships and alliances across cloud infrastructure providers, system integrators and strategic partners, including acquisition, go-to-market strategy and execution. His focus will be on strengthening NVM’s well-established relationship with Salesforce to secure its position as global partner of choice for cloud contact centre technology.
