This week we were really excited to be shortlisted alongside our customer SHL for the Best Technology Partnership in the 2012 CCA Excellence Awards.
The Customer Contact Association run the awards annually to promote organisations that are delivering amazing service to their customers.
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Glasgow on 7th November, so there is plenty of time for the judges to deliberate and pick each category winner!
