This week we ran our third induction process of 2012. Run over two days our inductions help our new starters to understand why we're so excited about our company and the effect we can have on our customer's businesses.

In this week's cohort we had team members from almost every part of the business - developers, testers, telemarketers, pre-sales, sales people and support heads. Each of them benefited from getting to meet individuals from across the business and an understanding of how the entire team works together.

Over the two days we run a range of workshops covering cloud, infrastructure, contact centres and the wider market that we fit within. We also get to hear each of our new starters stories and why they have chosen to leave their respective worlds of on-premise or hosted technologies and move into the true cloud world.
