Working as part of a busy Legal function, your primary role will be to administer correspondence with customers and suppliers in connection with:

  • Issuing customer correspondence in support of adding and/or amending customer contracts as required to update in line with new data privacy legislation
    • tracking correspondence through to agreement
    • monitoring and working with the team to respond to customer queries
  • Supplier contracts – Issuing GDPR compliant Data Processing agreements to all existing NVM suppliers who process personal data, working with the support of Service Ops and the Legal team to plan and prioritize supplier accounts
    • Tracking correspondence through to agreement

  • Work with the Legal Team’s Contracts Administrator responsible for maintaining the contract records held on our SalesForce CRM system to ensure customer records are updated to reflect executed contractual documents
    • Updating the legal function filing system for customer and supplier files.
