Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the quality assurance of the sales pipeline and pre-pipeline, and the weekly management of the sales forecasting process globally.


Daily review of the pipeline and pre-pipeline to ensure that opportunities are up to date and have correct information concerning;

  1. Close Date
  2. Sales Stage
  3. Partner information
  4. Competitor information
  5. Ramp deals
  6. Flag ageing opportunities

Forecast process management

  1. Compile the weekly sales forecast ahead of Monday forecast calls
  2. Complete forecast variance analysis
  3. Review forecast accuracy of VP’s
  4. Review forecast accuracy of sales people

Assist with monthly analysis of closed business;

  1. Region
  2. Segment
  3. Business

Type Required Skills/Experience:

  • Degree/Graduate  
  • Passionate about IT and sales
  • SalesForce Reporting skills
  • MS Office, especially Excel
