After thoroughly exploring a range of telephony systems, including on-premise and cloud-based solutions, Katz was drawn to ContactWorld from NewVoiceMedia which provided the opportunity for Sally Beauty to select from a variety of different modules to build a call plan that handles its customers’ calls more effectively, automatically offering callers a list of their nearest stores based on their dialing code, then routing them to their selected store where their call will either be answered by an agent or a voicemail system if all agents are busy or the shop is closed.
This significantly reduced lost calls and ensured a prompt and professional approach, and prevented the build-up of long queues. Sally Beauty has ambitious plans for growth.
