Commemorating ten years of bringing fast, flexible and cost effective hosted contact centre technology to businesses, NewVoiceMedia will celebrate its birthday at Call Centre and Customer Service Expo 2010. The company invites visitors to the show to join the NewVoiceMedia team for a drinks reception at 15:30 on 21st September 2010 on stand D6 to celebrate ten years of success.  

NewVoiceMedia has been delivering hosted contact centres to companies of all sizes for over a decade. Established in 2000, customers now range from SMEs to large corporations including Berry Bros & Rudd, Parcelforce Worldwide and Wokingham Council.

At the show, NewVoiceMedia will be releasing the latest version of ContactWorld, displaying the company's commitment to continuous development and improvement of the solution that it offers to customers. New product features will include enhanced Internationalisation, Dynamic Routing and Speech Analytics.
