Engage2Excel will now use NewVoiceMedia’s ContactWorld for Sales, cloud customer contact technology with seamless Salesforce integration, to support its outbound sales team.
With functionality including click-to-dial, call analytics and call recording, ContactWorld for Sales will add an extra layer of efficiency to Engage2Excel’s sales organization and improve overall team dynamics. Following challenges with previous partners, Engage2Excel decided to contract NewVoiceMedia for a more capable and intuitive solution.
