Experienced executive brings thirty years of pioneering SaaS and enterprise technology experience to the business
NewVoiceMedia, a leading global provider of omni-channel cloud customer contact technology, today announced that Frank van Veenendaal will join as a Director to NewVoiceMedia’s Board.
Van Veenendaal served as Executive Vice Chairman of Salesforce® for three years and held a number of executive leadership positions at the company since 2001, during which time he helped drive the company’s considerable growth. Prior to Salesforce®, he served at several leading high-tech companies, such as Actuate Corporation, Interleaf, Integrated Solutions, Pyramid and Harris Corporation. Van Veenendaal’s experience of helping to pioneer enterprise adoption of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions will be extremely valuable as NewVoiceMedia continues to develop its portfolio of true cloud solutions and accelerate its rapid international expansion.
