NewVoiceMedia, a leading global provider of cloud technology which helps businesses sell more, serve better and grow faster, has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Darren Smith as SVP Sales Engineering.
Darren will be responsible for leading the organization’s sales engineering team and assisting with new business and customer account management to support both high growth and operational efficiency across NewVoiceMedia’s expanding global footprint. He brings over 20 years’ industry experience to the business, joining from Salesforce, where he held various senior executive positions spanning sales engineering and platform architecture. Prior to that, Darren served at both Microsoft and Oracle.
Darren’s appointment is the latest milestone in NewVoiceMedia’s global expansion plans. Recently recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing tech firms by The Sunday Times, and one of the world’s top cloud computing companies by Penton’s Talkin’ Cloud 100 report, the company now serves more than 400 customers spanning 128 countries, who are growing at 13 times the international average.
