NewVoiceMedia continually tests the performance of its operations and provides the results publicly on this page. Tests are initiated every 7-8 seconds and are continuously run 24 x 7. This page is updated approximately every 20-30 minutes. Results are graded against strict performance criteria established in conjunction with customer feedback.

Call Delivery UpdateAll customers have now been returned back to Cloud 11 following resolution of the incident which impacted the ability to handle inbound & outbound calls from 00:14 to 01:40 GMT.
We understand the impact of such incidents to you and your business and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We can assure you that we have fully identified the root cause of the problems which will be shared with all affected customers in due course via an Incident Report.
