NewVoiceMedia helps Platform Black scoop Financial World Innovation Award
NewVoiceMedia, the leading cloud contact centre vendor, has helped alternative finance company Platform Black win the 'innovation in supporting business or enterprise' award at the Financial World Innovation Awards 2014.
Platform Black has transformed its sales operation with NewVoiceMedia's true cloud contact centre technology. The business deployed ContactWorld for Sales and Marketing, with Salesforce® integration, to drive sales effectiveness and has traded over £80m in less than two years.
