Definition of personal data
Personal data is any information that allows you to be identified. The types of personal data NewVoiceMedia will collect will typically include details of your name, employer, job title and responsibilities, and the following information about your home or business: address, telephone number, email address and fax number. On occasion we may capture other personal information that you volunteer or that we request.
The practices and procedures NewVoiceMedia follows to collect your personal data
NewVoiceMedia collects personal data from you through the use of enquiry and registration forms, direct personal contact (for example, over the telephone) and every time you email us your details. NewVoiceMedia will only use your personal data where it is necessary to do so because it is relevant to our dealings with you or where we have your consent. The processing of your personal data is necessary where it is relevant to the provision of the goods and/or services that you have requested from us, and this will specifically include order fulfilment, customer service and billing.
If you have given your consent, NewVoiceMedia may use your personal data for direct marketing including the provision of offers for NewVoiceMedia's and its third party partners' products and services.
If you have consented at the point of collection to NewVoiceMedia (and/or any third party) providing you with direct marketing material you will be requested to elect the type of media via which this material is provided (for example, by post, email, telephone or fax). NewVoiceMedia will only provide you with such material via your chosen media. If at any stage you object to NewVoiceMedia's use of your personal data for direct marketing or to a medium through which such material is being sent, you may choose to unsubscribe to its receipt. If you have consented to receive third party direct marketing you will need to unsubscribe directly with that third party.

We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security in relation to the risks inherent in the processing and the nature of the personal data to be protested. Your securely held personal data will only be accessible by select, authorised members of staff within NewVoiceMedia.

As NewVoiceMedia is a UK company, your personal data will not be transferred to other countries. We may transfer your data to carefully selected business partners and third party suppliers but only where we have your consent or where it is necessary because it is relevant to our dealings with you. Partners and third party suppliers will only use the personal data for the purpose(s) for which it was shared and will protect it from any further use.
