HR Administrator

All round proactive HR Administrator who will take complete ownership of the on-boarding process. A confident and outgoing individual who will take charge of tasks and work closely with stakeholders of all levels across the business, both UK and international. A flexible attitude is a must when responding promptly to changing priorities and requirements within a rapidly growing cloud company.

Job Location: Viables Business Park, Basingstoke

Reporting to: Global HR Business Partner

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full Time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of offer letter and contracts
  • Right to work checks
  • Background security checks
  • Reference checks
  • HR System administration – PeopleHR
  • Annual leave and sickness monitoring – reports, carryover, administration
  • Liaise with the recruitment team and manage headcount budgets
  • Liaise with candidates during on-boarding process
  • Probation administration
  • Company benefit administration
  • Family friendly policy administration (maternity, paternity, flexible work request)
  • Monthly reporting
  • Contract change administration
  • HR Admin – department change letters, salary increases, change of line manager
  • Filing
  • Reception cover
  • Close coordination with the facilities team


Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Good general standard of education (A-C grade) including GCSE Maths, English & 3 others.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification preferable
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • At least 1 year within a HR environment
