NewVoiceMedia helps Future Leaders improve teaching in challenging schools
Not for profit organisation Future Leaders has selected ContactWorld for Salesforce from NewVoiceMedia to support the charity’s mission - to address educational disadvantage by creating effective, inspirational school leaders for challenging schools.
Future Leaders was established by Absolute Return for Kids (ARK), the National College and the Specialist Schools & Academies Trust (SSAT) in 2006 with the aim of improving the life chances of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. The organisation recruits and places in challenging schools exceptional individuals with Qualified Teaching Status, helping to raise the educational attainment of students. Those wishing to apply for the programme should do so directly to Future Leaders.
Pandora Harrison, Head of Marketing and Attraction at Future Leaders, explains: “We received huge interest from applicants who wanted to join our scheme and we weren’t able to handle the volume of calls effectively in-house. As a result we decided to outsource this requirement to a third party, but unfortunately, due to the expertise required to consult interested applicants, things were getting lost in translation. We were not providing the service we should be and so had no other choice but to bring this function back in-house.”
Future Leaders knew they needed a robust, flexible telephony solution to effectively manage enquiries from applicants. Most importantly, as a charity, it also needed a cost effective solution.
ContactWorld for Salesforce enables all incoming enquiries to be dealt with by the charity’s own expert staff, allowing Future Leaders to provide applicants with a fast and personalised response. The solution is fully integrated into Salesforce CRM, so the team has instant access to all relevant information about a caller enabling them to respond efficiently.
“ContactWorld for Salesforce did exactly what we needed, so naturally we assumed there would be a hefty price tag attached. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Our situation was assessed and we qualified for five ContactWorld for Salesforce licenses through the NewVoiceMedia Foundation. We were thrilled,” adds Harrison.
Jessica Strachwitz Hamilton, NewVoiceMedia Foundation director, concludes: “Future Leaders does a great job of supporting disadvantaged youths and the education system, under difficult circumstances. We are delighted to support them by donating ContactWorld for Salesforce licences, and believe the technology will have a very real benefit on the running of the charity.
