NewVoiceMedia continually tests the performance of its operations and provides the results publicly on this page. Tests are initiated every 7-8 seconds and are continuously run 24 x 7. This page is updated approximately every 20-30 minutes. Results are graded against strict performance criteria established in conjunction with customer feedback.

Friday 22nd July - 13:00 BST UpdateNewVoiceMedia have received confirmation from British Telecom that the data centre, impacted by a power outage on the 21st-22nd July, is now fully operational.
We have been monitoring their platform this morning and have completed our own internal testing through their network.
With the outstanding actions now complete we have migrated customer's traffic, that was moved during the incident, back to British Telecom.
A full root cause analysis will be distributed to any customer that raised a case assigned to this incident.
We apologise once again for the disruption this incident has caused to you and your business.
All services are currently operating within expected thresholds.
